The Gold SLA is suited to the client who requires LANtech to be predominately responsible for the wellbeing of their IT systems with some reliance on client in-house expertise. Each LANcare agreement can be tailor made to fit with a client’s exact requirements.
To improve business continuity LANtech uses remote monitoring and management (RMM) software enabling engineers to remotely troubleshoot and fix issues with a wide range of IT devices. Response times are dramatically lowered as most often remedial work can be done without requiring an onsite visit.
