New Zealand menswear company, Rodd & Gunn, is a brand synonymous with uncompromising quality. When they needed a partner to assist them in an international project to evaluate customer interface with their branches, they looked for one with the same values and reputation for quality.
We helped the clothing company transition over 100 stores to an up-to- date platform using Cisco/Meraki equipment. This included procurement of Meraki MX100/MX65 and MR32 equipment and the implementation of Wi-Fi in all their branches so that proper data analytics can be done. No mean feat for 27 stores across New Zealand, but when you add 71 Australian stores into the mix along with 2 American stores, this was a huge task. Scale is no problem for us and after 6 months our strategy was put in place in every retail location.
With the implementation complete, we assisted head office with monitoring all the installed devices. This is an ongoing service where we conduct routine monitoring and comprehensive reporting to help Rodd & Gunn stay abreast of sales and targets.
