Once a new project is given the go-ahead to proceed the Project Manager prepares a detailed project plan which outlines the clearly defined deliverables and non-deliverables for each project.  He then obtains agreement with our clients to ensure that everyone knows what to expect before the project is started.

LANtech's Project Manager is an integral part of all our projects. He works closely with the Account Managers, allocated Senior Engineers and all other staff involved in projects, including sub contractors, Telcos etc.

Every stage of a project is monitored and feedback provided to all parties involved ensuring a smooth and hassle free implementation. Upon successful completion of the project, the Project Manager becomes an additional technical resource for future projects.

Critical to the success of any project are:
