The LANcare Managed Service offering is available in three levels: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Each SLA comes with a rapid response time and with a LANtech guarantee. A LANcare SLA provides the mechanism to deliver FIXED Support costs to your organization so that there are no surprises to your budgeted expenses.
LANcare enables our engineers to provide quick assistance to end-users without the need to go on-site. They can request to take control of end-user sessions and make changes to settings or give assistance on "how to" queries which means a better response time for their problems.
The LANcare Integrated IT Software Suite provides proactive, user defined monitoring with instant notification of problems or changes. We receive system alerts when critical conditions occur, users alter their configuration or a possible security threat occurs which means that LANtech can proactively address issues before they become a problem to your company.
LANcare provides fast and reliable Software Deployment for your entire computing infrastructure using LANcare scripts. LANcare eases the task of rolling out applications and updates so that upgrades can be deployed to all users and workstations in a matter of minutes.
LANcare Scripts are designed to run at anytime and to minimize the need to visit multiple workstations. These can be scheduled to run at anytime, on a one time or recurring basis which means that regular maintenance tasks, such as "Disk Defrag" can be carried out during the night.

From hardware and software inventory to bandwidth usage and server uptime, LANcare provides the information you need to effectively manage your network infrastructure.
LANtech is so confident of being able to deliver on the services offered that we offer a penalty percentage refund if certain aspects of the SLA are not delivered on.
If any of the key measurable items are not delivered in a given month within the timeframe of the schedule guaranteed according to your SLA, LANtech will refund 5% of the monthly fee for each proven incident, up to a maximum of 10%.
