Our helpdesk receives and monitor all calls including emails and alerts for assistance. The helpdesk is able to solve some issues immediately and provide feedback to our customers on a regular basis as to when they can expect an engineer to respond.
The helpdesk coordinator is in constant contact with all our engineers and is able to select the most appropriate engineer for a particular task, as well as to escalate fault calls. In the case of an emergency she is able to call on the resource required.
The helpdesk facility is available to all customers, but priority is given to those with a support contract.
For clients with a support contract after hours calls are handled by Answer Services and passed to an on-call engineer.
